Lights in the Darkness – 2019 Steve Chase Awards Gala Video

“Lights in the Darkness” is a gala video that was created for the 2019 Steve Chase Humanitarian Awards which took place at the Palm Springs Convention Center. This black tie benefit was a celebration of the light at the end of the dark four-decade tunnel that was the HIV/AIDS tragedy.

This event featured a dazzling performance by Barry Manilow and raised over $1 million to support DAP’s almost 5,000 HIV and low-income clients.

This video honored Steve Chase and the other founders of DAP and brought tears to the eyes of many of the attendees.
